And you’re right — it’s been a dreadful week. I’m making a potato leek soup with a celeriac purée blended in. It’s a gray, rainy day here with more of the same tomorrow. Comfort soup is exactly what we need. Thanks for your emails/reviews, etc…I really look forward to reading them.

Enjoyed your review and comments. The All-Purpose Mushroom Stew was amazing. I served it over noodles, and then next to rice, with a mix of 6 mushroom varieties. Also, the Quick Ramen Noodles with Mushrooms. I also made the Gingery Fish and Rice, using cod I had on hand, slicing it thinly. Yum.
