Turkey tetrazzini
It's the mac-and-cheese of Thanksgiving leftovers.

Instead of what I’d normally be doing two days after Thanksgiving, which is contemplating leftovers for lunch and then making something using turkey for dinner, instead I’m far from my fridge, in Monterey, California — looking at a few days of exploring coastline and mountains.
Therefore I’ll keep this short and sweet, and leave you with two words — turkey tetrazzini — and a recipe.
