Cooks Without Borders Cookbook Club is a delicious way to connect with a wonderful, down-to-earth, curious, intrepid, adventuresome cooking community. Not a member yet? We’d love to see you tomorrow at our monthly meeting, which takes place on Google Meet the first Tuesday of every month at 4 PT / 5 MT / 6 CT / 7 ET. We’re also in constant touch at our paid-subscriber Chat.
Each month we cook through a selected cookbook (at home, on our own), and share pics and experiences through the Chat, then compare notes in our monthly video meeting. At that meeting we also introduce the book we’re about to start cooking from, and choose a book for the following month.
Tomorrow’s meeting will be a little different — as I’m giving all participants a complimentary copy of the galleys (not-yet-published review copy) of my soon-to-be-self-published FABULOUS FRENCH RECIPES FROM COOKS WITHOUT BORDERS.

It’s available to all annual paid subscribers who want to participate in CWB Cookbook Club. I’ve been collecting names, and I’ll send out galleys (a pdf version of the book) today and tomorrow. Tell me you’d like one in a comment at the bottom of this post and I’ll email you one. No need to provide your email - I have access to all members’ emails. Again, this is ONLY FOR PAID SUBSCRIBERS.

How it works
• You’ll attend the monthly meeting tomorrow, where the book will be introduced. We’ll also be discussing our last book, UMMA: A KOREAN MOM’S KITCHEN WISDOM, at the meeting, as well as introducing new members. If, by the time of the meeting, you have not yet received the galley of FABULOUS FRENCH RECIPES, I’ll make sure you get one.
• During July, we’ll all cook from FABULOUS FRENCH RECIPES. Normally we’re all cooking from an already-published book, so this is a little different. You’ll be able to help me tweak recipes that want tweaking, tell me (and the group) what you love and what you don’t, how it can be improved before publishing, and so forth. Cook as many or as few recipes as you like — at least three is recommended, but we’re loose. This is for fun and for making your kitchen life as delicious as possible.

Just in time for Bastille Day!
• The timing is right (n’est-ce pas?), as mid-month will be le Quatorze Juillet, known in Anglophile countries as Bastille Day. You’ll find plenty of fun dishes for summer in the galley, many of them vegetarian or vegan.
