Anniversary special!
To celebrate, here are 10 highlights (free to all!) from CWB's first two years on Substack.
Happy Saturday, steadfast cook!
This weekend marks two years of Cooks Without Borders on Substack. I want to thank you — from the bottom of my heart — for coming along on this ride with me. I’m absolutely verklempt (Yiddish for “over the moon”) that CWB became a Substack Bestseller in early February. “Bestseller” in Substackland means we have more than 100 paid subscribers. Thank you! You mean the world to me.
To commemorate the two-year milestone, I thought it would be fun to spotlight some favorite posts that you may have missed, or might enjoy revisiting. You never know — one of them might spark an idea for something to make this weekend that'll float your boat.
It’s also a reminder that you can always dip back into the CWB Archive to explore posts that you might have missed. Normally those archived posts are fully accessible only to paid subscribers, but for this anniversary week, I’m going to make the posts linked in this one available to all — including free subscribers.
OK, here…
